Application process

The application process is very simple - just click on either the Client Manager or Area Manager application option and follow the links there. You will then be contacted by our team at StepStone who will process your CV and match necessary skills and experience to our evaluation criteria. If you meet our requirements, you’ll be asked to complete a short personality questionnaire before the results and your CV are sent through to the relevant hiring manager.
