BoSIS structure

As our business has developed it has become increasingly important for us to recognise that dealing with different lead providers and different clients requires different skill sets. Although our Client Managers are generally authorised to give advice in the same product areas, we believe that for one Client Manager to deal with all possible lead sources creates a lack of focus and limits the opportunity for success. We have therefore structured our business to allow the necessary focus on specific areas of lead flow, ensuring we can develop the most appropriate skills in our Client Managers.
